Shipping policy
All items in our store are custom made, just for you, so please allow 2-5 business days for your selections to be produced, and an additional 5-7 days for shipping. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders your shipment may be delayed a few days. If there is a significant delay in your order we will contact you via email.
Tracking information will appear on our order tracking page once your items have shipped. Please be aware that this information can take up to 48hrs to be active. You can enter your email on the tracking page to subscribe to real-time shipping updates. We’ll email you each time there’s a new status on your order.
Philly Shore Thing is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If this happens, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
